These terms cover buying from this website. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under UK law.

1. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email you to confirm we have accepted it. If we cannot fulfil an order (a product is out of stock, or there is an obvious pricing error), we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Delivery is free. We take payment when an order is prepared. If a price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to sell at that price.

3. Subscriptions

Three of our four options are subscriptions. Before you buy we show you, in the buy box, what you will pay, how often, and the fact that it repeats until you cancel:

• 1 month: £40, charged and delivered every month.
• 2 months: £64, charged and delivered every two months.
• Stock up: £112, charged and delivered every three months.
• 1 month, one-off: £47, charged once. It does not repeat.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We email you before each renewal order is charged. If we change a subscription price we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we retry it over the following two weeks. If it still fails we pause the subscription rather than cancel it, so nothing is lost.

4. Cancelling and refunds

Set out in full in our refund policy: your 14-day statutory right to change your mind, our 30-day promise, and your rights if something is faulty.

5. About the product

thriiv is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. It should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It contains nuts and fish and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Always read the ingredients and allergen information on the pack and on this website before you eat it. The pack label is definitive. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under the care of a doctor, speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of children.

6. Your account and conduct

Keep your account details accurate and your login to yourself. Do not use the site unlawfully, and do not resell our products commercially without our written agreement.

7. Our content

The text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share links; please do not copy the content for your own commercial use.

8. Reviews

Any customer review we publish comes from a real, verified customer. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not pay for them, and we do not delete a review because it is critical. We do remove reviews that make medical claims we are not permitted to publish, that are abusive, or that we cannot verify, and we keep a record of every removal.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Events outside our control

If something beyond our reasonable control delays an order we will let you know and the delivery time is extended. If the delay is substantial you can cancel and be refunded for anything not delivered.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes to a subscription will always be notified to you by email in advance.

12. Complaints and governing law

Complaints go to info@thriiv.co.uk; our process is on the contact page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
